What You’ll Do

• Lead Digital Innovation – Drive the development of cutting-edge digital products that enhance customer experiences, accelerate the energy transition, and contribute to Eneco’s business growth.
• Own the Product Vision – Define and execute a bold product strategy, ensuring alignment across product families and maximizing impact.
• Manage High-Performing Teams – Lead a multidisciplinary team of Researchers, Designers, Developers, Product Owners, and Product Managers to deliver breakthrough solutions.
• Collaborate at the Highest Level – Work closely with the Chief Digital Officer and report to the Director of Product, influencing Eneco’s overall digital strategy.
• Drive Organizational Change – Champion a product-driven culture, pushing boundaries and ensuring digital solutions are fully operationalized across the business.
• Customer & Market Insights: Deeply understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
• OKRs & Focus Areas: Establish and communicate Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure clarity of priorities and alignment across teams.

You are a visionary product leader with a passion for digital transformation and a strong strategic and analytical mindset. You thrive in complex environments, challenge the status quo, and inspire teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric innovations. You have the ability to bridge business, technology, and design, making data-driven decisions that create real impact.

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership in digital innovation.
• Proven track record of scaling digital products and driving revenue growth in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally across business, IT, data science, and UX design.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to define a compelling long-term vision while balancing short-term business needs.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong storytelling, persuasion, and influence skills to align teams and stakeholders around a common vision.
• Entrepreneurial & Ownership Mentality: A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action.
• Deep technical understanding to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
• Experience in agile product development and leading multidisciplinary teams.

You will be part of Eneco’s Digital Product Management team, reporting to the Head of Product and working alongside the Head of Data & AI and Head of Engineering. Based in Rotterdam, you will collaborate with business leaders and technical experts across the organization to shape the future of sustainable energy. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead digital innovation at scale, drive climate impact, and help transform Eneco into the leading digital-first energy company in Europe. You will work within B2B digital.

What We Have To Offer

• Gross annual salary between €11.000 and €170.000 Including FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance, and depending on your role a bonus or collective profit sharing.
