Our client is a reputed star-class hotel based in Colombo, recognized for its excellence in hospitality and operational standards. They are seeking a dynamic finance leader to join their forward-thinking team and drive strategic financial initiatives.

•   Professional Qualification: Fully qualified in ACCA, CIMA, or CASL.

•   Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.

•   Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally in the hospitality, manufacturing, or apparel sectors.

•   Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, ERP implementation, financial modeling, cost control, and multi-divisional financial management.

•   Strategic leadership with a hands-on, results-driven approach.

•   Strong financial and commercial acumen.

•   Advanced communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

•   Ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams.

•   Experience in change management and a mindset for continuous improvement.
