  • Develop and refine the planning approach and benchmarks for campaigns across TV, Print, and Radio.
  • Build and present media plans with a clear narrative and strategic rationale, ensuring stakeholders understand the "why" behind every recommendation.
  • Ensure data-driven and insight-led planning by leveraging tools like YUMI, MAP, IRS, TGI, and GWI.
  • Stay updated with the latest media trends, innovations, audience insights, and competitive activity.
  • Driving media plan discussions and campaign reviews with client
  • Guide the team on prioritization and task allocation based on project timelines and client needs.
  • Review and quality-check plans and outputs before client delivery.
  • Mentor junior team members and drive professional development.
  • Coordinate effectively with vendors, publishers, and media partners to execute campaigns.
  • Tools Expertise:
  • Mandatory: YUMI, MAP, IRS, TGI
  • Preferred: GWI (Good to know)
  • Skill Set:
  • Strong command over media planning and measurement for traditional media.
  • Experience of Client facing and managing team of 2-3 members
  • Lead and manage a team under tight deadlines and the ability to multitask
