The job profile

Driven by its extreme growth, Normec will further professionalise the finance organisation of the Group. Part of this strategy is to strengthen the FP&A discipline, for which we are seeking an ambitious Group FP&A Manager with a "work hard, play hard" mentality. In this role, you will improve ongoing operations and support strategic decision making. It is your mission to reshape the FP&A function into a supporting business partner that actively contributes to achieving strategic goals with a strong focus on value creation.


The ideal candidate

You are an ambitious, down-to-earth and energetic financial that has a clear vision on how to further professionalise the FP&A function of Normec Group. You know “what good looks like” and enjoy working in a high-pace and changing environment. You get excited by translating data into strategic advice to the executive board and are a strong communicator.


Furthermore, you recognise yourself I the following profile:


  • Master degree in Business Economics/-administration. A post qualification (such as CMA/CIMA/RC) is a big plus;
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience, including relevant experience in a business finance position;
  • Experience in a multi-national company and working with different countries is a plus;
  • Ideally experience in private equity ownership;
  • Able to influence senior decision makers;
  • Experience and savviness with Excel and Power BI and processing data into comprehensive graphs/analyses and effectively presenting these insights on board level
  • Fluency in written and oral English.
