该职位来源于猎聘 Client Services Director (AVA China office, Location SH) Responsibilities:

• Supervision and development of direct reports
• In-charge of professionally servicing clients and reinforcing client relationships，Overall client relationship on assigned accounts
• Leadership of broader Agency team to achieve client objectives
• Creative and Strategic Reviews
• Manage briefing and communicate process among team members, creative team and clients
• Involove and Prepare event marketing proposals and conduct presentations
• Lead the team to develop and execute projects Quality control, project supervision and evaluation
• Lead the team to achieve sales and profit target, Review and approve invoices and cost estimates Requirement: 1. 8+ years-experience in account servicing,3+ years in Senior Account Position or above is a must 2. 6+ years in international or local event marketing agency
• Strong leadership skills, Outgoing, forward-thinking, Strong strategic development skills, embrace challenges and creativity
• Effective oral and written communications (bilingual: English and Chinese)
• Well organized, detail-minded and able to manage projects independently
• Good decision-making ability，judgement ability and problem solving ability
