We're looking for a full-time, office-based Group Administrator to join our small Head Office team that keeps our operations running smoothly.
You will be responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks, including legal, compliance, HR and operational duties. This role involves overseeing company secretarial responsibilities, managing legal documentation and contracts, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulations, and assisting with Health & Safety processes. You will coordinate internal communication, handle day-to-day administrative tasks and provide support to the directors to ensure the effective functioning of the organisation. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across different departments.
We're looking for someone with solid admin experience, with a strong knowledge of UK business and governance. You will be able to take the initiative and get things done professionally, with minimal direction. You will need to be comfortable communicating at all levels of the Group and delivering high quality work. You will be adept at juggling tasks from different areas of the Group, plus be proactive and happy working independently. You will have strong IT skills and be proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
It's a full-time, permanent role. We are open to being flexible on the hours for the right person.
This role will be office based at our Head Office in a converted barn in the beautiful Suffolk countryside near Hadleigh. A full driving licence and your own transport are essential.
