About your new Career:

Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest real estate developers in the nation, is actively seeking professional, dependable candidates for a full-time GROUNDSKEEPER position at one of our new upscale apartment communities in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca - Homecoming at Terra Vista.

Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:

Property & grounds cleaning, various custodial/janitorial duties, and most importantly a warm and personable, customer-service enthusiasm.

Additional requirements for this role:

• You must be able to work on the weekends!
• A Valid driver's license is preferred.
• Background-check and drug-screen will also be required.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

Days off for this position are Thursday and Friday.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

This is a full-time position offering a competitive wage of $21.50/ per hour, a variety of medical/dental benefits, a 401k savings plan with company match, insurance, vision plan and other discounts.
