This is a part-time, on-site role for a Groundskeeper located in Huntsville, AL. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic of our property, including mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and removing debris. Daily tasks will also involve watering plants, applying fertilizers, and ensuring walkways are clear and safe. The Groundskeeper will report any necessary repairs or replacements of equipment, and work closely with the property management team to ensure all grounds are impeccably maintained.

• Experience in landscaping, lawn care, and maintaining outdoor spaces
• Ability to operate lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment
• Knowledge of plants, fertilizers, and irrigation systems
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Basic repair and maintenance skills are a plus
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent
