Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of landscaping techniques and the ability to operate various tools and equipment. Duties: - Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, and weeding - Have maintenance knowledge such as changing lights, balists, outlets, painting and patching - Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees - Prune and trim trees and shrubs to ensure healthy growth - Operate hand tools, power tools, and gas powered equipment necessary for grounds maintenance - Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas by removing debris and litter -Maintaining pool area daily such as opening umbrellas and straightening pool furniture Requirements: - Previous experience in landscape or maintenance or related field preferred - Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, and other equipment used in grounds maintenance - Ability to perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting heavy objects, and working outdoors in various weather conditions - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently Benefits: - Opportunities for career advancement within the company - Access to facilities for you and your family We encourage you to apply for the position of Grounds/Maintenance Worker.
