Commercial Construction Project Manager

Location: Greater Phoenix area

Salary Range: $110,000 – $145,000 (plus benefits)

TLW Construction, a reputable commercial general contractor established in 1983, is seeking a motivated and professional Ground Up Commercial Construction Project Manager in leading clients and teams throughout the development and construction of ground-up commercial projects ranging from $3 million to $20 million. Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage project budgets
• Write subcontractor scopes and manage buyouts
• Oversee document control processes
• Create and monitor project schedules in collaboration with superintendents
• Manage all estimating, purchasing, and field construction activities
• Ensure safe, high-quality, and timely project completion
• Facilitate clear communication and maintain strong client relations
• Use sound judgment for decision-making and conflict resolution
• Maintain strong leadership and adaptability throughout project challenges
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Experience with scheduling software (MS Project or similar)
• High level plan reading comprehension for civil, architectural, structural and MPE design
• Strong technical and motivational writing and communication skills
• Ability to comprehend and analyze complex project cost models
• Experience with web-based project management programs (Procore experience is a plus)
• Self-driven, organized, and effective negotiator
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in commercial construction
