Job Summary And Qualifications

Position Summary

Greeters provide excellent customer service. They will greet, assist and direct both customers and patients in a friendly way. The Greeter follows company procedures and safety rules. The will report safety issues and other concerns to the manager. The Greeter must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned to provide good service and customer satisfaction.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Must be able to work as a team player and sustain your professionalism at all times.
  • Greet all Customers, provide visitors with direction and any information they require, ensuring that they are greeted with courtesy every time.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure or when dealing with a dissatisfied customer are vital to this aspect of the job.
  • Greeters maintain their work area, performing housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and adhere to control the security policies. Keeping these areas, which are often business entrances, tidy helps customers feel comfortable and gives a positive first impression.
  • Manage Customer Queries, when customers have questions or need help, greeters assist them and provide optimal levels of customer service whenever possible. They analyze the customer's requirements and help them find the best solution by directing them to the appropriate department.

What qualifications you will need:

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • 6 months previous experience with customer service, excellent communication skills.
