Join our high-impact Graphics & Rendering Team, where we focus on developing and optimizing real-time and offline rendering pipelines using Unreal Engine and Blender. You'll contribute to the core technology stack behind cinematic visuals, procedural content, and physically-based rendering workflows. Our work spans across real-time game engines, in-house DCC toolchains, and shader pipelines. We value deep technical understanding and creative problem-solving applied to modern rendering challenges.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize rendering features and shaders in Unreal Engine and Blender
Extend and customize rendering pipelines for both real-time and offline use cases
Write HLSL shaders and integrate them with the graphics pipeline
Work closely with artists and technical directors to deliver visually compelling, performant results
Develop tools and automation scripts in Python to improve artist workflows
Interface with graphics APIs (DirectX, Vulkan) to build platform-agnostic solutions
Conduct performance analysis and profiling of GPU-heavy features
Skills
Must have:
Strong C++ development skills (5+ years ideal in a production setting)
Solid experience with rendering engines - specifically Unreal Engine and Blender
Proficiency in shader development (HLSL) and good understanding of shader pipelines
Solid experience with modern Graphics APIs - DirectX12 and/or Vulkan
Scripting experience in Python
Deep understanding of graphics fundamentals: lighting models, material systems, shading, rasterization, post-processing, etc
