Visa Europe - Revenue and Commercial Operations Team
The Revenue and Commercial Operations area evolved over the last few years. The function has been instrumental in shaping our current sales mindset, discipline, approach, and has led numerous sales process improvements, with the ultimate objective of supporting the organization to achieve their ambitious goals in Europe. Recently, the function has become leaner, more agile, and efficient, with a focus on automation and self-service tools, and we're revamping our team’ structure and objectives, which includes the creation of a new European Deal Value Propositions Team. The new team has a refreshed core purpose, impactful goals, and a new organizational structure.
What’s it all about?
The Deal Value Propositions Team will consist of a team responsible for defining the deal narrative and win themes, and two resources dedicated to developing storyboards, graphic design, and collateral production. There will be one Senior Manager and one Manager, both reporting to the Senior Director leading the team. Together, they will be responsible for creating visually engaging stories, including architecting the end-to-end narrative in a tailored and client-customised manner. The Graphics Design and Development Manager will work on key deals in Europe and support the development of the Centre of Excellence, with a library of high-quality materials and pitches. This role is part of the European Deal Value Propositions Team within the Revenue and Commercial Operations (RCO) function.
This role is primarily accountable for:
- Producing world-class, client-centric and engaging deal responses through in-depth knowledge of the Client organisation (including branding and corporate voice), with a particular focus on mid-size deals
- Working with the Value Proposition team to bring to life the end-to-end, cross-functional response from Visa Europe in a concise, compelling way through Visual Storytelling
- Leveraging existing materials and approach from other regions, to bring the best and latest approach to Visa Europe and to created scalable library of materials for the sales teams
