Summary

Main duties and responsibilities:

● Interpret and translate ideas, design briefs and concepts to complete designs.

● Consistently applying our brand guidelines and visual identity across all design outputs.

● Producing high quality work with minimal supervision and error.

● Design and create visual material for any and all marketing initiatives and across all marketing channels. (E.g, Websites, banners, landing pages, social media posts, infographics, guides, brochures, graphics for email, graphics for print)

● Undertake any graphic or visual design duty required by the company.


Key Attributes:

● Commercial experience in a similar role.

● Ability to take requirements and ideas with minimal brief and produce complete designs.

● Creative and highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and flexible approach.

● High attention to detail and the ability to limit errors.

● Skills in Figma, illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite including Adobe XD.

● Basic video editing skills in addition would be highly advantageous.

● Excellent verbal and written English skills.

● Highly organized multi-tasker, with an ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently across multiple projects and brands.

● Ability to work independently and to collaborate as part of a team.

● Previous experience in the financial services industry will be advantageous.
