Title Graphic Design/Print Production Associate Full or Part Time Full Time Number of Months 12 Months Proposed Date of Employment 05/05/2025 Work Schedule Permanent or Temporary Permanent Salary Band Hiring Range: $34,000-$41,000 Position Summary Information Position Summary The Graphic Design/Print Production Associate will assist the Print Shop Manager and Assistant in print production and operation of equipment for print and marketing materials. Responsibilities * Manages specialty print projects for college promotions, signage, and events. * Operates a variety of equipment to produce specialty print projects including but not limited to large format printers, engraving machine, plotter, DTF, sublimation and embroidery machines. * Assists the Print Shop Manager with design and project execution with in-house signage and promotional materials for the College. * Operates and maintains specialty printing equipment including but not limited to the equipment listed above. * Helps with general print shop tasks and order fulfillment. * Works one-on-one with clients to design, proof, and finalize orders. * Provides excellent customer service and ensures quality control. * Other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities * Develop an understanding and appreciation of the mission, history, current programs, services and goals of Isothermal Community College * Proficiency in graphic design and layout. * Strong attention to detail and quality control. * Ability to operate specialty printing equipment. * Excellent customer service and communication.
