Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that align with our brand identity and business goals. You will work closely with the marketing and HR team to design compelling graphics for digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design creative assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Create engaging infographics, banners, and promotional graphics to enhance brand visibility.
• Film and edit compelling videos for social media.
• Work on UI/UX elements for landing pages, dashboards, and web applications as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best design practices into projects.
• Ensure consistency in design across all brand platforms and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Work with external vendors for print and production requirements when necessary.
• Help the HR team with their design requirements like PPT, Announcement banners, and Event collaterals.
  
  

Requirements

• ** 2-5 years** of experience in graphic design, preferably in the IT or cloud technology sector/ service-based industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva. Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills in digital and print media.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and design trends.
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
