Role Overview:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience who can bring creative ideas to life across various digital platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to design visuals that communicate clearly, captivate audiences, and align with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design engaging graphics for social media posts, advertisements, emailers, presentations, and websites.

-Develop creatives for educational content including infographics, course visuals, and digital brochures.

-Edit and enhance images, create icons, illustrations, and support motion content when needed.

-Collaborate with content creators and marketers to understand project goals and deliver timely output.

-Maintain design consistency and brand standards across all projects.

Requirements:

-1–2 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.

-Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and/or Figma.

-Strong understanding of design principles: layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

-Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.

-Good communication and team collaboration

-Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.

Good to Have:

-Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects).

-Familiarity with UI/UX design.

-Interest in the EdTech or digital marketing domain.
