Key Responsibilities: Design Development: Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and interfaces for products, marketing materials, and presentations. Collaboration: Work with engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions. Prototyping: Develop prototypes and mockups to demonstrate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders. User Experience: Apply principles of user-centered design to enhance usability and ensure that graphical elements align with user needs. Brand Consistency: Maintain brand identity and ensure all designs are consistent with company standards and guidelines. Documentation: Create and maintain design specifications, guidelines, and documentation to support project handoffs and implementation. Required Skills: Graphic Design Software: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experienced with 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender). Rendering & Animation: Strong skills in rendering techniques for visual presentations and experience in creating animations for various platforms, including social media. UI/UX Design: Knowledge of user interface (UI) design principles and user experience (UX) best practices. Motion Graphics: Ability to create engaging motion graphics and animations. Social Media Content Creation: Experience designing graphics and animations tailored for social media platforms. Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting design challenges. Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work with cross-functional teams. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring quality and consistency in all design work.
