Key Responsibilities:

Follow design projects through the entire cycle, setting and meeting deadlines

Provide oversight on the Royal Recognition brands

Manage & create content for the Corporate Wordpress-based website

Manage social media accounts.

Resize and re-color vector logo files.

Generate RFP's (Request for Proposal) and corresponding margin spreadsheets

Create customer marketing material for clients as requested.

Qualified candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Detail Oriented

Strong Conceptual Skills

Proactive work-style

Adaptable

Ability to prioritize and multi-task, Project Management

Work independently with minimal supervision

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong commitment to quality

Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud

Expert proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Professional, Photoshop

Basic HTML and CSS coding is preferred.

Magento E-commerce, Atlassian JIRA, Basecamp Project Management Software preferred, but not required.

Mac Based Environment

Must be able to pass background check and drug screen. This is a full time position working out of our corporate headquarters in Muskego, WI. Salary is commensurate with experience.
