Job Summary

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to create engaging digital and print assets for marketing, branding, and promotional materials. The position requires approximately 20-30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines. Exceptional performance in this role offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time position leading marketing efforts at Flow-Tech Systems.

Responsibilities

• Design digital content and print assets to be used in marketing efforts for multiple company divisions.
• Assist with development of technical literature including user manuals, specification sheets, and related drawings.
• Create social media strategy to bolster online presence and drive business leads.
• Manage company social channels and schedule 3-5 posts per week on company social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, blog, website).

Qualifications

• At least 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Canva or web design tools is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and creative problem-solving.
• Excellent attention to detail and understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout).
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
