CSC Empowerment and Inclusion Programme (CEIP) was established in March 2015 and aims to alleviate poverty in Pakistan through financial inclusion and capacity building. Operating under the Grameen Microfinance Model, CEIP has expanded its efforts to address various issues, including health and women's marginalization. Since 1989, CSC has been committed to improving the lives of the poorest and most underprivileged members of society. With a focus on equality, CSC's programs help clients overcome poverty and reach new possibilities.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Lahore. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual content for various platforms, including digital and print. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics, developing layouts, and collaborating with the marketing team to create visually appealing materials that align with the organization's goals. The Graphic Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions and ensure all designs are on-brand and align with current design trends.

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, and color theory
• Experience in digital and print design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
