Job Overview:

Adlooper, a leader in innovation and creativity within the digital marketing industry, is looking for a Graphic Designer to bring fresh perspectives and innovative designs to our creative team. In this role, you'll refine your design skills while creating impactful visuals that resonate with our audience. As part of a collaborative and dynamic environment, you'll contribute to shaping our brand's identity and delivering visually compelling solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics and visuals for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, websites, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop captivating graphics, visuals, and storyboards for animations and storytelling ideas
• Translate project requirements into compelling visual concepts that align with the brand's vision
• Use design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva etc) to produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects
• Stay informed about design trends and emerging techniques to keep our visuals fresh and impactful
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of mockups and branding to create designs that resonate with the target audience
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in design principles, color theory, and typography
• Strong command of design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
• Keen attention to detail and a well-developed aesthetic sense
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• A portfolio showcasing your creativity and past design projects is a must
• Individual with a bachelors in graphic design are encouraged to apply
