We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand guidelines and design principles, a proficiency in design tools like Figma and Illustrator, and a passion for creating visually engaging designs across digital and print media.
Key Responsibilities:
Branding and Design: Execute creative designs that align with established brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, digital assets, and print collateral.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to design and iterate on creative projects such as website assets, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, print collateral, and more.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
Portfolio Development: Maintain and update a personal design portfolio showcasing your best work and creative process.
Requirements:
3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator (other Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and InDesign are a plus).
Strong understanding of brand development, visual identity, and the ability to work within existing brand guidelines.
Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating creative work across a variety of formats (print, digital, UI/UX, etc.) and showcasing the ability to create cohesive designs that meet brand guidelines.
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of web design and front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a bonus.
Experience working with UX/UI design and wireframing tools is a plus.
