Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Dehradun. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and designing graphics, logos, and branding materials. The role involves working closely with the marketing team to develop visually appealing and cohesive designs. Daily tasks include working on typography, refining design concepts, and ensuring the visual consistency of all graphic elements.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Study design briefs and determine requirements

· Schedule projects and define budget constraints

· Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

· Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

· Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

· Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

· Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

· Test graphics across various media

· Amend designs after feedback

· Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design
• Experience with Branding and developing cohesive design concepts
• Strong skills in Typography
• Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
