Job Role: Graphic Designer with E-learning Developer

Experience: 3+ Years

Work Location: Chennai(AMBIT)

Expectations:

• Proficiency in any of the few latest graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, Procreate, Adobe Photoshop, Affinity Photo, CorelDRAW, Canva, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography and font selection.
• Ability to follow branding guidelines.
• Knowledge of design principles, including the use of white space, color, hierarchy, and other principles to compose well-balanced designs.
• Mastery of graphic design principles.
• Understanding of color theory and color psychology.
• Proficiency in digital design.
• Knowledge of branding.
• Ability to design for print.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand and interpret given requirements to produce accurate multimedia outputs.
• Design and develop in a Photoshop environment, utilizing tools such as the Pen tool, Selection tool, Marque tool, shapes and colors, color corrections, layers, and masks.
• Create unique graphic styles using shapes, blending modes, filters, brushes, patterns, channels, color corrections, and gradients.
• Create engaging training content, KB articles, learning platforms, and websites.
• Design for web-based projects and training content using buttons, templates, patterns, brushes, gradients, text, slices, and filters.
• Coordinate with other content developers in the team for the overall completion of the project.
