We're expanding—and looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Designer to elevate our digital presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Your Role

As our Social Media Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating visually stunning, brand-aligned content that grabs attention, drives engagement, and communicates our values across multiple platforms. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to bring campaigns to life through design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop social media creatives (static posts, carousels, reels/thumbnails, stories, covers, ads, etc.).
• Maintain consistent visual branding across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise campaign ideas and content themes.
• Design for seasonal campaigns, product launches, influencer collaborations, and promotions.
• Create templates, brand assets, and mood boards as needed.
• Adapt and repurpose content for cross-platform posting.
• Stay updated on design trends, platform updates, and best practices in the beauty and wellness space.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media design or content creation (freelance or in-house).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media work—especially in e-commerce, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle niches.
• Understanding of platform-specific design formats, dimensions, and content strategy.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage feedback constructively.
• Bonus: Basic video editing, motion graphics (After Effects), or experience with influencer content.
