The Job
Lead designer for the overall creation and maintenance of a library of field marketing and sales collateral, tools and resources, working with both internal and external subject Matter Experts (SMEs) including but not limited to direct mail, flyers, business cards, print ads, newsletters, e-newsletters, email communication, invitations, landing pages, digitals ads, PowerPoint presentations, handouts, sales kits, marketing guides, event materials, website, web ads, social media posts, and signage while maintaining brand standard
Create consistent and scalable creative content that can be leveraged by loan originators and across all business groups to drive action and sales
Be the field point-of-contact for all marketing compliance approvals
Develop concepts and design collateral materials, including but not limited to direct mail, flyers, business cards, print ads, newsletters, e-newsletters, email communication, invitations, landing pages, digitals ads, presentations, handouts, event materials, videos and signage while maintaining brand standard.
Support and back up the marketing staff
Utilize ticketing system for daily for projects and workflow
Complete any additional duties or special projects, as assigned by management
Utilize ticketing system daily for projects and workflow
Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, and HTML; proficiency in these programs required
Remain current on design trends and technology
The pay range is $50,000 to $55,000 based on related experience.
