We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing team. This role requires a multidisciplinary visual communicator with strong technical expertise and a passion for storytelling through video, motion graphics, and design. You will play a key role in developing engaging visual content that supports brand objectives, marketing strategies, and digital campaigns.

• Motion Design & Animation: Develop high-quality motion graphics, explainer videos, and animations using Adobe After Effects and related tools.
• Video Editing: Edit video content for various platforms using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring professional standards in pacing, audio, and visual storytelling.
• Visual Design & Branding: Create compelling graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for use across digital, social, and print media.
• Concept Development: Interpret creative briefs and develop strong visual concepts in alignment with project goals and brand guidelines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to align creative outputs with strategic messaging.
• Project & Time Management: Effectively manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high design standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in:
• Adobe After Effects (motion graphics and animation)
• Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing)
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (graphic and print design)
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Demonstrated experience in brand development and identity systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and design accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time and resources effectively under tight deadlines

• Working knowledge of UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD)
• Experience with 3D design and animation (Blender or Cinema 4D)
• Familiarity with basic sound editing and audio syncing for video
