Job Description:

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our creative team. This role involves bringing visual ideas to life across digital and print media to support branding, marketing campaigns, product initiatives, and more. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all visual communications align with our brand identity and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging graphics for branding, digital marketing, websites, social media, packaging, and promotional materials.
  • Develop original visuals, illustrations, layouts, icons, and logos based on project goals and brand guidelines.
  • Use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)FigmaCanva, or similar platforms to produce high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate messaging into effective visual communication.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all creative assets, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Present design concepts, accept feedback constructively, and refine designs as needed.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and best practices.
  • Prepare final assets for both digital and print production, ensuring technical accuracy and quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic designFine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
  • Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative SuiteFigma, and Canva.
  • Solid understanding of typographycolor theorycomposition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A compelling portfolio demonstrating a range of design work and creative versatility.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with UI/UX designweb design, or motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and social media content design.
  • Understanding of print production processes and technical specifications.
  • Experience in designing visual assets for podcasts such as cover art, episode thumbnails, promotional graphics, or audiograms is a strong plus.
