Our strategic partner and investor, cricketing legend Anil Kumble, is actively involved in our mission to make healthcare more accessible. Anil Kumble recently graced us with his presence at Onsurity’s Bengaluru office and engaged with our employees. Role and Responsibilities:
1) Business Understanding
- Understanding and learning Onsurity’s business model, offerings and USPs
- Learning the different kinds of target groups and personnas
2) Graphic Design for Product Marketing and Growth:
- Create visually appealing designs for various channels, including emailers, WhatsApp campaigns, and other digital platforms to promote products effectively.
- Understanding performance indicators like CTRs, open rates and coming up with Design interventions for improvisation
- Maintaining the design ethos, and building a design language for Onsurity’s channels.
3) Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
4) Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas that enhance our marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and sales, to understand project needs and deliver impactful designs.
5) Feedback and Revisions:
- Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders while maintaining a positive attitude and a focus on quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design (B.Des) from a recognized design college.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or branding context.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Graphic Design
- Excellent understanding of design principles, design research, persona mapping, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
