Job Description: Graphic Designer – Brand Marketing Pod
Location: Bangalore (5 Day WFO)

About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our
Brand Marketing Pod. You’ll be the visual storyteller behind our campaigns, crafting compelling
designs that resonate with our target audience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love

Key Responsibilities
● Creative Design Development
● Conceptualize and design visually appealing assets for brand marketing campaigns,
including static graphics, GIFs, banners, infographics, social media posts, and
performance marketing ads.
● Collaborate with content strategists and copywriters to ensure cohesive messaging
across designs.
● Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all
touch points.
● Campaign Asset Production
● Design marketing collateral such as brochures, email templates, landing pages, static
banners, WhatsApp, PNs and in-app creatives.
● Create assets optimized for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube,
LinkedIn, etc.).
● Video and Motion Graphics
● Develop basic motion graphics for digital campaigns and ads.
● Edit short-form videos for social media and product marketing.
● Research & Innovation
● Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to innovate and enhance
designs.
● Research competitor designs to ensure the brand stays ahead in visual
communication.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with the marketing, product, CRM, Affiliate, Partnership and
performance teams to deliver designs that align with campaign objectives.
● Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize creative ideas and solutions.
Qualifications & Skills Required
● Experience
● 3-4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a D2C, ecommerce, quick
commerce or Digital Startup environment working closely with Brand marketing
teams.
● Proven track record of creating high-quality designs for digital platforms.
● Technical Skills
● Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After
Effects, Premiere Pro).
● Familiarity with tools like Figma for collaborative design work.
● Knowledge of video editing and motion design (preferred).
● Design Expertise
● Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
● Experience with designing for performance marketing ads (Facebook, Instagram,
Google, etc.).
● Ability to design responsive assets optimized for mobile and web platforms.
● Soft Skills
● Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle
multiple projects.
● A creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to take constructive
feedback positively.
● Portfolio
● A strong portfolio showcasing your best work across various mediums, including
digital and social media designs.
Nice-to-Have
● Familiarity with performance marketing analytics to create data-driven designs.
● Prior experience in branding and printing design.
