Key Responsibilities: Create Visual Concepts: Develop creative concepts and graphics for print, web, digital ads, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and branding materials. Design and Layout: Produce visually appealing layouts, graphics, and images that align with brand guidelines. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s branding and visual identity across all marketing materials. Packaging Design: Design packaging for existing as well as new development products. Edit and Revise Designs: Receive and implement feedback to finalize designs, ensuring quality and accuracy in deliverables. File Management: Organize and maintain design files for easy access and future use. Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and techniques to the team. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree with equivalent work experience. Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role. Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. Experience with web and digital design (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus). Familiarity with print production processes and specifications. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in animation or video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro). Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
