Requirements

Graphic Design:

• Design engaging graphics for digital platforms, social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing assets that communicate the brand message effectively.
• Work with creative leads to develop graphics that support marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Maintain consistency in style and tone across all visual content, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Use industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma/Adobe XD,and Corel-draw to develop high-quality designs.
  
  

Creative Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, social media, and product teams to ensure alignment on creative objectives and deadlines.
• Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions to help shape campaign concepts and visual strategies.
• Adapt designs for different markets while maintaining brand integrity and adjusting to cultural and linguistic nuances when required.
  
  

Project Management

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery of assets.
• Maintain an organized workflow, keeping track of deadlines, revisions, and project priorities.
• Ensure all graphic assets meet the technical and creative standards set by the marketing team.
  
  

Quality Control

• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all visual elements meet high standards of design excellence before final delivery.
• Make necessary adjustments based on feedback from stakeholders to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of the designs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital marketing and social media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant graphic design work.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools like Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledge of current design trends and marketing strategies
