Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer and Event Analyst, located in Jeddah. The Graphic Designer and Event Analyst will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and designs, including marketing and branding materials. Additionally, the role includes event management, planning and execution service for internal employees and stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Execute employee engagement campaigns and events and create a checklist to monitor the progress of all milestones.
  • Contribute to the Employee Engagement Programs and other communication initiatives, providing support with all kinds of services.
  • Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites using software such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other tools.
  • Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
  • Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style, and submit them for approval.
  • Help create a best-in-class employee engagement function across the firm to fuel employee engagement, influence connectivity, and culture, positively impacting all offices.


Communication and Coordination

  • Develop communication materials using a variety of tactics, such as written communications, presentation materials, and other platforms (e.g., town halls).
  • Ensure communication messaging and materials are high quality, accurate, appropriate, and integrated with the firm’s priorities and themes.
  • Use internal tools to maximize the firm’s internal communication effectiveness and ensure consistent messaging, branding, imagery, and identity.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal employee events as needed and appropriate.
  • Develop internal video production and motion graphic videos for internal campaigns and policies in collaboration with external agencies.
  • Liaise and negotiate with vendors, obtain permits, and manage logistics for events and campaigns.


Event and Campaign Management

  • Provide the necessary arrangements for all internal campaigns and events, including raising PR requests, handling supply chain requirements, and meeting internal and external requirements.
  • Monitor the execution of all campaigns on the ground.
  • Manage the warehousing, shipping, and receiving operations for gift items and other communication materials.
  • Monitor and update the department budget sheet regularly, including PRs and received items.
  • Cover employee engagement and campaigns in terms of photography, arrangements, and other related tasks.
