The Role: Graphic & Visual Designer


We’re seeking aĀ hands-on visual storytellerĀ who:


  • Thinks design-first but understandsĀ how visuals drive action
  • Keeps up with what’s working inĀ branding, D2C, and content marketing
  • Can translate ideas and moodboards intoĀ scroll-stopping assets
  • Wants to workĀ with us, not just for us


You’ll be working closely with the founders and the marketing team to shape the look and feel of SUPR across platforms — from our Instagram and ads to packaging and emailers.




Responsibilities:


  • Craft visuals that are beautiful, cohesive, and conversion-friendly
  • Create social media creatives, ads, packaging mockups, website assets
  • Work in sync with the marketing team to deliverĀ campaign-alignedĀ designs
  • Stay on top of design trends, brand aesthetics, and D2C creative strategies
  • Ensure visual consistency while evolving SUPR’s design language
  • Be mindful of deadlines and quick turnarounds without compromising on quality




What We’re Looking For:


  • 1–3 years of experience in design (or an outstanding portfolio)
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma (video editing = bonus)
  • Ability to tell aĀ brand story visually — not just make ā€œnice-looking postsā€
  • Knowledge of what works in today’s content ecosystem
  • Appreciation for brands likeĀ Apple,Ā Nike,Ā Figma — clean, bold, minimal
  • Passion forĀ wellness, aesthetics, and building something from scratch




Bonus Points:


  • Experience with D2C, FMCG, or wellness brands
  • Can also ideate campaign hooks or collaborate on marketing side
  • Interested in growing into a Creative + Marketing hybrid role
