Robert Half is partnering with one of their well-established non-profit clients on their recruitment efforts to find a full-time, direct hire, Grant Program Manager who is passionate about fostering community growth and supporting non-profit organizations. This role involves managing grant programs, cultivating partnerships, and empowering organizations to access and leverage funding effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grant administration and experience working with diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee grant programs, including designing new initiatives and expanding existing ones.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, foundations, and non-profits to enhance collaboration.
• Provide technical guidance to grant recipients, including hosting webinars and offering application support.
• Deliver presentations and training sessions to educate stakeholders on grant processes and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with non-profit organizations to identify funding needs and create impactful grant proposals.
• Monitor and assess the performance of grant programs to ensure alignment with community goals.
• Facilitate community engagement efforts to strengthen partnerships and promote program success.
• Serve as a resource for organizations, helping them navigate the application process and deploy grant resources effectively.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in grant administration, including designing and managing grant programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with community organizations and foundations.
• Background in non-profit organizations, particularly those that collaborate with other non-profits.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
• Knowledge of community relations and partnership development.
• Experience in providing technical support for grant applications and program implementation.
• Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities faced by community-based organizations.
