Graduate Project Engineer – Power Generation

Starting Salary - £28,000 per year

You’ll join our projects delivery team, get stuck into live work from day one, and build a rock-solid foundation across departments — from technical design to site integration. We’ll support your growth every step of the way, with a clear path toward becoming a Junior Project Manager (and beyond).

If you’re studying — or have recently graduated — in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, we want to hear from you. Construction site experience? That’s a bonus, but not essential.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting our Head of Projects and senior managers to deliver big results
• Working to current Construction, Electrical, and Industry standards — safely and professionally
• Collaborating with our CAD and Technical teams on system designs and site connections
• Learning our products inside and out with help from our engineering and OEM partners
• Shadowing project managers and undertaking accredited training
• Getting to grips with the numbers by working alongside our Sales and Energy Solutions teams
