Summary

We’re looking to bring on a experienced hands-on Google Ads and Analytics Specialist to support one of our mobile focused projects here at Y77. The product is a seasonal, consumer facing app with a mix of web and mobile traffic. Attribution, event tracking, and performance insights have been recurring challenges and we need someone who can own this from day one.


Role Overview


  • Engagement: Contract / Part time
  • Time Commitment: 15–20 hours per week
  • Location: Remote
  • Start: Immediate


What You’ll Handle


  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for mobile install and web traffic
  • Fix and align conversion tracking between Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Analyze campaign performance to spot wasted spend and growth opportunities
  • Resolve attribution and event tracking gaps across platforms
  • Support ad creative testing and performance feedback loop


What You Bring


  • Strong experience with Google Ads campaign management for mobile apps
  • Clear understanding of GA4 for mobile + web tracking
  • Familiar with SKAdNetwork, deep links, and universal links
  • Solid ability to debug issues in event setup, attribution logic, and data mismatches
  • Ability to work independently, report clearly, and move fast
