In charge of global SCM processes standardization, including both information and physical flow optimization
The scope includes: customer demand and forecast, middle- and short-term production plan, material requirement plan (MRP), shop floor schedule, distribution and inventory control of finished goods and production materials.
In charge of SAP planning process standardization
Global SCM KPI performance improvement projects
Support regional SCM team to improve business KPI, mainly focusing on customer delivery performance, inventory and logistics costs（optimize transportation cost and reduce special freight).
Implement global SCM standards.
Manage global SCM process documentations,mainly focusing on planning area documentation update and compile.
Coach regional SCM team for planning skills.
Standardize global intercompany planning process.
SAP planning areas daily management.
Fulfill the tasks assigned by supervisor/manager temporarily.
Basic Requirements
With background in auto industry, at least 5 years working experience in logistics planning or information flow as team leader.
Bachelor or above, major in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management
Fluent English both in spoken and written
Good at office tools, including PPT, EXCEL
Strong production plan management skill
Knowledge of automobile industrial (operation and technology)
Knowledge of international transportation
People management skill
Project management
Knowledge of SAP.Good ownership.Good communication skills.Good collaboration skills and teamwork player.Global and domestic travel.Flexible working hours for global business/tasks
