Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Global Sourcing Manager. The role is located in Noida .The Global Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and evaluating new suppliers, managing and optimizing the supply chain, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, and working closely with other departments to meet company objectives. The role also involves analyzing market trends, assessing risks, and preparing reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, procurement, and supplier management
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship management skills
• Analytical skills and ability to assess market trends and supply chain risks
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or retail industry is a plus
