Global Service Manager, Infrastructure

The Global Service Manager, Infrastructure role will build and deploy Infrastructure Platforms and solutions within an SAP landscape to support technology-enabled business strategies and operations anywhere and anytime while constantly increasing agility and scalability.

Major accountabilities:

• Build and Deploy SAP Infrastructure solutions.
• Effective delivery and service operations of SAP Infrastructure Platforms
• Ensure best-in-class support for SAP Infrastructure platform technologies across the company not only in the IT infrastructure area, but also providing services and solutions to all application teams onboarding and leveraging these technologies.
• Follow established standardized design and development processes to enable cost effective delivery. Over-see the operational health, management, security, lifecycle, and reliability.
• Responsible for the 24x7 operational oversight and direction to both external technical and engineering teams.
• Support and ensure compliance to defined IT Governance controls, standards, and practices.

Minimum Requirements:

Work Experience:

• IT Infrastructure Management, previous experience working with IBM Power systems, Unix, Storage etc. from an Engineering capacity
• IT Service Management Practices (ITIL Foundation Certification)
• Compliance, Risk Management (GxP: sound knowledge of validation practice and IT control standards
• Systems Integration & Build (Dev-Ops mindset and full solution lifecycle understanding from idea to retirement)
• Customer and service first attitude
• Documented experience working across IT Teams
• Customer and service first attitude
• SAP with HANA and BTP knowledge.
