Job Summary
The Global Sales Support Specialist (GSS) plays a pivotal role in enhancing sales efficiency and revenue growth within the Sales Finance division by providing complex quoting, order processing, and product configuration support. The ideal candidate will streamline sales operations, facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure the implementation of business policies, and drive system and process enhancements. This role requires engagement with internal teams to optimize sales execution and ensure the operational readiness of new go-to-market offers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Field Sales Team with complex quoting, order inquiries, and product configurations in SFDC CPQ.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Deal Review, Pricing, Product, Sales Operations, and IT teams to streamline processes.
- Document and refine quoting processes and best practices, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Drive system enhancements in SFDC CPQ and participate in testing to align with business needs.
- Coordinate GTM readiness and operational efficiency for new product offerings through strong internal collaboration.
Must Have Skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC CPQ) and Google Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration capabilities.
Domain Experience
Experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Finance, or Contract Management within a SaaS or subscription-based business is required.
