About the role

The Global RGM Manager will be responsible together with the Global Head of RGM to develop and drive the global RGM Center of Excellence and implement the overall RGM strategy via omni-channel guidelines for Pricing, Promotions, Trade spend and Assortment, streamlining tools and projects for in-market optimization. In this position you will proactively and collaboratively work with the local companies' management and across functions to determine the strategies that can effectively be used as a lever to grow revenue and improve profit for the organization. Main responsibilities will be to equip and develop local capabilities with minimum viable RGM tools and Global Playbooks to generate deep commercial insights and to provide guidance RGM pillars and on specific commercial projects.


Key Responsibilities

Partner with RGM stakeholders to build & execute Pricing, Promotional and Mix Pillars in order to reach the outcomes

  • Pilot & provide guidance on Pack Price Channel Architecture E2E project and scaled-up with clear executional guidance and size-of-the-prize
  • Make Pricing Pillar a benchmark for cross-collaboration between different functions at local but also at global level
  • Define and identify best-in-class Promotional approach and framework with proved outcomes to elevate local capabilities
  • Identify the best Mix Management projects (Portfolio and Customer Mix) among countries, enhance the methodologies and tools with Global expertise, deploy and provide clear guidance to relevant stakeholders
  • Translate GP-winning strategies into selling-story for Retailers, support International Marketing to develop promotional, pricing and portfolio guidelines for Key Brands and NPDs, support the roll-out across countries


Disseminate best practices. Streamline KPIs, Processes, Capabilities, Tools, Data Sources & Analytics

  • Animate and enhance the RGM community, lead RGM Global Conference and Quarterly Global RGM Calls
  • Coordinate 1on1 with countries and support on biggest local projects
  • Identify best practices and translate insights into compelling business recommendations
  • Able to design and perform complex and strong analysis (financials, consumers, elasticities, volumes etc.) and work with large data sets (sell-in, sell-out, P&L) pulling out key insights
  • Full responsible for designing and executing the RGM Global Dashboard
  • Develop from scratch and/ or Pilot / Scale-up selected RGM tools (Analytical Tools, Price Elasticity, Promo Tool etc.), incl. industries benchmarks
  • Design and create relevant RGM Global Playbooks (by pillar) to develop local capabilities
  • Co-lead Global RGM Tailor Academy roll-out with Global Head of RGM and continue the excellent delivery and feed-back from stakeholders as per now


The profile


  • 7+ years of experience within FMCG. Prior revenue management experience and previous roles in sales or commercial finance
  • Results-oriented leader with proven track record for delivering sustainable results and change management
  • Strategic and critical thinking – must be able to solve problems and turn insights into strategy and action
  • Solid presentation, influencing, and storytelling skills – presents ideas and drives initiatives with clear and concise reason and action plan
  • Ability to build capabilities, work collaboratively and influence a decentralized organization
  • MS Power Platform and Power BI knowledge
  • Knowledge in building creative and interactive dashboard, RGM tools and Playbooks
  • Proficient using financial and market analytics tools (Excel, BI, Circana, Nielsen)
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related analytical field.
  • Fluent business English.

  • Strategic planning – understanding of RGM vision, strategies, long-term goals, and actions to achieve. Proven success in developing Pricing & Promotion structures
