Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager with broad experience across industries, including commercial fit-outs, large-scale corporate transformation, talent management, and location arbitrage. The ideal candidate will have exceptional planning, organization, and Excel skills, with a proven ability to manage fast-paced, dynamic projects. You should be calm under pressure, possess strong stakeholder management skills, and be comfortable navigating complex transformations.

This Role will report to the Head of Sourcing and Real Estate and operate within the Global Operations and Delivery function within FNZ.

The Sourcing and Real Estate function has primary responsibility for sourcing strategy throughout the FNZ Group, globally, including the ongoing management of third-party relationships and collection of due diligence annually. This also includes the management of our extensive property portfolio.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring quality and alignment with business goals.
  • Corporate Transformation: Manage large-scale corporate transformation initiatives, including process redesigns and organizational shifts.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and providing timely updates.
  • Change Management: Drive change processes, identify risks early, and implement effective solutions.
  • Excel & Reporting: Use Excel for tracking key project metrics, timelines, and budgets.
  • Planning & Organization: Organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Talent & Location Arbitrage: Oversee talent management and location arbitrage strategies to optimize project efficiency and cost.
  • Commercial Fit-Outs: Manage commercial fit-outs while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and design standards.

Performance Assessment:

  • Effective Communication and Reporting: Ensure that information is communicated effectively to necessary parties and in a timely manner for purpose of rapid resolution.
  • Procedures: Contribute to and maintain relevant and robust documented procedures.
  • Continuous improvement: Continually assess the processes and controls and introduce improvements or efficiencies.
  • Other Tasks: To undertake any other projects/ tasks as may reasonably be required to facilitate the smooth operation of the company.

Experience Required:

Education: Bachelor’s degree, Prince 2 or equivalent

  • Proven experience in corporate transformation project management – broad experience across industries preferred – prior experience in commercial fit-outs and talent/location arbitrage a bonus
  • At least [3- years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Atlassian, AI).
  • Strong planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and make decisions in fast-paced environments
