Must-Have

1. We are seeking an experienced Global Program Manager to lead and manage global programs across multiple regions, functions, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving program strategy, planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred from Top rated College.
3. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on global program leadership.
4. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
5. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
6. Should be able to demonstrate the successful Program management for 1000 task, 100M$, and 100 Stakeholders.
7. Technical Skills: Experience with program management tools, such as P6, MS Project, or Jira

Good-to-Have

1. Utility Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the organizations of Power, Energy industry or sector.
2. Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages.
