Summary

This position will be based in Jiaxing Zhejiang where the headquarter is located.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Global Organizational Strategy Design and Implementation

Develop and implement organizational structures aligned with the company’s global strategy, driving cross-regional organizational transformation and optimizing resource allocation. Adjust international team structures based on business needs, establish efficient collaboration mechanisms, and ensure strategic objectives align with regional market characteristics.

  • Cross-Cultural Leadership and Team Development

Manage diverse teams across cultures, design leadership development programs, and cultivate a pipeline of global executives. This includes building an international talent pool and implementing mid-to-senior management rotation programs to enhance team cohesion and adaptability in multicultural environments.

  • Organizational Effectiveness and Performance Management

Monitor the operational efficiency of the global organization, identify bottlenecks through data analysis, and drive improvements. Regularly assess organizational performance across regions, develop standardized processes with localized adaptations, and enhance overall workforce efficiency.

  • Corporate Culture and Value Integration:

Promote the company’s core values across different cultural contexts in a globalized environment. Design cross-cultural communication mechanisms, such as multilingual training and cultural sensitivity workshops, to mitigate cultural conflicts and enhance employees' sense of belonging.

  • Change Management and Risk Mitigation:

Lead major transformation projects, such as cross-border mergers and acquisitions or business restructuring, while anticipating and addressing risks related to policies, legal frameworks, and cultural differences. Strong project management and crisis-handling experience are required to ensure smooth implementation of organizational changes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Educational Background and Professional Expertise: Master’s degree or above in management, psychology, organizational behavior, or related fields. MBA or internationally recognized certifications (e.g., OD certification) are preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in organizational development or HR management within multinational corporations, with a proven track record of leading cross-regional transformation projects.
  • Proficiency in organizational development theories (e.g., McKinsey 7S Model, ADKAR Change Management Model) and data analytics tools (e.g., HR Analytics).
  • Familiarity with labor laws, business environments, and cultural differences across various countries, such as compliance management in markets or localization strategies in emerging markets.

Core Competencies:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate corporate strategy into actionable organizational development plans.
  • Cross-Cultural Communication: Proficiency in multiple languages (English is required; additional languages are a plus) and expertise in cross-cultural negotiations.
  • Influence and Leadership: Capability to drive executive decision-making and coordinate diverse stakeholders, balancing headquarters and regional needs within a matrix organization.
