Job Description
Global Mobility Admin manages administrative tasks related to US immigration matters (H-1B, L-1, O-1, F-1 STEM OPT Extension, Permanent Residency, etc.).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal providers to coordinate processes such as initiation, posting, prevailing wage discussions, and signing of all immigration-related applications.
Coordinate EMEA immigration matters by liaising between site HR/TA and vendors, as needed.
Global Mobility Admin provides consultative support to assignees and internal partners on Global Mobility program policies, processes, and operations.
Act as the home country representative for short- and long-term assignees out-bound from the Americas/EMEA, while offering host country support for assignees inbound to the Americas/EMEA.
Address and help resolve global mobility and immigration issues related to assignees, transferees, and/or foreign nationals.
Interpret and provide guidance and policy matters.
Conduct first-level review and resolution of requests outside of policy guidelines; make appropriate recommendations to Global Mobility management.
Monitor and produce monthly metrics reports and perform ad hoc assignment/project work as needed
Qualifications
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience (preferred).
Previous experience in global mobility, HR, or immigration administration is highly advantageous.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with database management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of U.S. and/or EMEA immigration processes and global mobility practices is a plus.
