Our Client:
Leading blockchain technology platform is on a massive investment in order to go globalization.
Role Overview:
1. Lead large functional projects and manage them from inception through to launch and gather post-launch feedback;
2. Drive the implementation of these capabilities within legacy and strategic platforms and develop strategies aiming to promote the organization's mission and vision;
3. Offer advice on how to deliver product solutions against the needs of the proposition and interfaces directly with the customers to validate detailed product requirements;
4. Communicate roadmap and project status to the Executive Leadership Team;
5. Ensure all campaigns are delivered flawlessly according to appropriate specifications, timing and strategy across all channels;
6. Develop a regional plan and expand sales of company products;
7. Perform market research to focus on business development efforts on target regions, retail & institutional investors;
8. Lead the data strategy, development, and infrastructure to define a best in class Martech capability and roadmap to deliver cutting edge capabilities;
9. Synthesize research/analyses and develop concise and effective presentations;
10. Create complete business plans for the attainment of goals and objectives set by the executives;
11. Devise remedial actions for any identified issues and conduct crisis management when necessary.
Ideal Profile:
1. 8+ years of overall professional experience in a corporate development or strategy group of a leading financial services, Fintech, brokerage house, FX, CFD Industry, investment bank or private equity firm;
2. A deep understanding of the fintech industry and blockchain technologies. Passion in cryptocurrency is a strong plus;
3. Fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge for other languages would be an asset;
4. Ability to influence and effectively communicate at all levels of the organization;
5. Have global mindset and can work collaboratively across functions and across cultures; appetite to learn and innovate;
6. Exceptional ability to aggregate data in a way that enables insights and decision making;
7. Proven ability to get things done by partnering across multiple stakeholders;
8. Energized by a fast-paced growth-focused organization, and comfortable working in ambiguous situations and change;
9. A drive to innovate and consider new approaches.
