Summary

Summary of the Role:

We are seeking an appropriately experienced Learning and Development Expert to drive OKR driver LnD projects in a start-up like fast and dynamic setup, organization development including training, global HR initiatives, and performance management processes using OKRs. This is a hands-on role and requires a seasoned HR professional with 8+ years of experience who can align Talent development initiatives with business objectives and enhance workforce capabilities across multiple geographies and cultures.


What you will do:

  • Design, implement and track progress on business-relevant training and development programs, curriculum development for different countries, including compliance training that enhances talent capabilities and workforce effectiveness
  • Develop and execute talent management initiatives through effective communication strategy and plans
  • Design and oversee the implementation of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to align employee performance with business outcomes.
  • Work with finance to drive financial performance to align with individual KPIs and Goals
  • Identify talent capability gaps and relevant training needs, proposed and support on identifying training programs to bridge the gaps and implement and track effectiveness of the training.
  • Develop robust frameworks for measuring, analyzing, and improving employee performance and productivity.
  • Drive culture change initiatives that align with the company’s vision, values, and business goals
  • Lead and manage global Global Learning system and track training including compliance training
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive Learning System, consolidation of communication and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency in HR policies and practices worldwide.
  • Partner with Business leaders to ensure HR initiatives support overall company strategy.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on organizational development, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key external HR vendors and partners.


What you bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in HR with a strong background in LnD in start up environment.
  • Willing to work hands-on with expertise in performance management, including OKRs, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong experience in organizational development, learning & development, and business-focused HR initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership and global stakeholders in a global environment.
  • Deep knowledge of HR technologies, HRIS systems, and automation tools. Knowledge on working with learning systems such as KnowB4 is an added advantage.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to lead and influence across cultures and geographies.
  • Experience with HR system migrations.
  • Ability to Work with a diverse, international team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
