The Global HRIS Analyst is primarily responsible for creating and maintaining reporting and dashboards in Oracle Fusion HCM and executing compliance requests and regulatory reporting.
* Builds and manages custom reporting and dashboards in Oracle Fusion HCM for all internal stakeholders. Develops reporting for new modules and initiatives.
* Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights for various regions and stakeholders.
* Supports system compliance, including satisfying internal and external audit requests and SOX control execution.
* Maintains schedules and recipients for automated and manual reports.
* Acts as an escalation point of contact for reporting inquiries submitted via the HR Help Desk.
* Executes US regulatory reporting, such as EEO.
* Conducts routine audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
* Partners with the Director, HR Operations & Technology to identify improvements and new initiatives to fully optimize reporting and dashboard library and improve compliance standards.
* Partner with Shared Services on creation and maintenance of end user training and communications. Creates and maintains internal system documentation.
* Maintains Oracle reporting structure and partners with Global HRIS Manager on reporting security restrictions.
* Exercise complete confidentiality while handling highly sensitive information.
* Serves as back up for system configurations, security, and troubleshooting.
* May assist with reporting on other HR Technology platforms, as needed.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Information Technology required or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
* Minimum of 1-2 years of Oracle Fusion HCM reporting experience required.
* Understanding of HR programs and processes and SOX requirements preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving and technical skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities, and function with minimal supervision.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with extreme professionalism and discretion.
